Reginald Baxter was an Engine Room Artificer for the Royal Navy who saw service in the First World War, including taking part in the Battle of Jutland 1916. During the war he also served in HMS SANDHURST, a depot ship that saw action at Scarpa Flow 1916-1918. After the war, Baxter continues to serve in SANDHURST when she was stationed in Malta.
